Andy Carvin has set up a multi-lingual blog aggregator for the WSIS conference in Tunisia at which governments that don’t understand the Internet will propose regulating it into something they do understand. Thanks for the plug, David. Hopefully there will be a lot of bloggers at the summit this time around; back in 2003, there were maybe a dozen of us blogging, and I imagine it’ll be many more in Tunis. It should be a diverse group; PANOS London is sponsoring more than a dozen bloggers from the developing world, and there should be a strong presence of Global Voices bloggers, particularly from North Africa.
