Andy Carvin has set up a multi-lingual blog aggregator for the WSIS conference in Tunisia at which governments that don’t understand the Internet will propose regulating it into something they do understand. [Tags: ]

  1. Thanks for the plug, David. Hopefully there will be a lot of bloggers at the summit this time around; back in 2003, there were maybe a dozen of us blogging, and I imagine it’ll be many more in Tunis. It should be a diverse group; PANOS London is sponsoring more than a dozen bloggers from the developing world, and there should be a strong presence of Global Voices bloggers, particularly from North Africa.
