What massive technical failure does You Tube have which marks it as some kind of burdensome repository of videos? OTOH, if Twitter keeps frivolous crap off YouTube, so much the better.

Full disclosure: I am not a Twitterati and have never discerned any valid use to the site. I just don’t Twitter, whether because of age, lack of ego, or some other personal shortcoming, I have no idea.
