It is interesting to see these dramatic changes in the light of Kuhn’s “The Structure of Scientific Revolutions”. We have “normal” web (where he had “normal science” in Kuhn’s). We have objections against the new on the web from “hierarchical”. etc …

The problem we have with new social, global, mass hyperintelligence is that we try to understand it using our current concepts of the web.

I have exactly the same gut feeling when it comes to Semantic Web.
