Likewise, the best way to disappoint me for being so gullible as to have actually read some blather is to give a text a heading like &quot;Information vs. Knowledge&quot; and then to talk about something else (namely Information vs. Data) -- such poor attention to consistency (let alone attention to detail) invalidates the entire piece.
