When I figure out the problem and succeed, I&#039;ll regale you with the story of how trying to update Dragon (which I love) from 12 to 12.5 as they urged, resulted in perhaps 90 minutes of wasted time, an unsuccessful upgrade and a repair/reinstall of 12.  Luckily I found the disc.]]></description>
