johnnie: The presentations of the speakers can be found at http://blogtalk.net/presentations.html

Most speakers have published their papers on their own websites/weblogs. (I don't think they are aggregated centrally somewhere.) You should try to start from blogtalk.net and follow the links to the speakers.

My paper can be downloaded from http://www.roell.net/publikationen.
