So, our invasion of Iraq resulted in the uncontrolled distribution of the weapons of mass destruction that we invaded to make ourselves safer from? Oh joy. I continue to feel just safer and safer because of this war. Posted

Come to think of it, you're right. We were so much safer back when we, and the rest of the world, were dancing to the tune of a genocidal lunatic.

So, in other words, the President of the United States just admitted that the war was an abject failure.

They've been moved! Destroyed! Looted! Burnt! (Burnt? Surely you can't just burn weapons of mass destruction and have no one notice? Wouldn't they, like, go 'bang' quite a lot?)
I wonder how ludicrous Bush's claims about what happened to these alleged wmds will become before someone officially admits that Iraq probably didn't have any in the first place.
They were stolen by aliens! Teleported to a different location! Dematerialised by Iraqi psychics!!

"To complain about the absence of WMDs at this point would be like having liberated Auschwitz during WWII only to grouse that there wasn't any cylon-b in the concentration camp, just dead bodies." - Roger L. Simon.
