Doc Saves the Net

Doc's Linx Journal article on saving the Net is setting new records for page views and comments. Jeez, all it does is tell the truth. I don't see what the fuss is about :)

Boy, reading the comments, those conservatives sure have gotten good at pushing back against anybody that ever tries to suggest that there's anything to question about conservative points of view. Great at yelling at everyone else, don't like it when anyone looks askance at their POV's.

And, BTW, I believe that the degree of polarization in our North American society that has become apparent (at least to me) is going to make it very difficult to climb out of the holes that have been being dug. The one side is very powerful and deluded, and the other side is confused, disorganized and much less well-funded.

Paul Krugman wrote a little-noticed two-piece article about 6 months ago in the NY Times magazine that I thought made the case well for the deliberate design, establishment and installation of a plutocracy in the US - looks to me like he's becoming correct.
