Makes me glad that I pulled a handful of twisted pair cables through the walls. I'm not sure how you would combat this sort of thing short of putting up a juicy looking hotspot and staking it out until you caught the bastards. OTOH, I don't have any computers worth stealing. The fastest machine I have is a P/III 550, and the 80GB drive I recently bought quintupled my total storage space, and the only reason I bought that was I couldn't get Linux and Windows onto the 4GB drive that came with the system recently donated by a friend.

How do you know that the thieves had RF equipment without actually apprehending them and finding the equipment? It may have been a strange occurance. I agree with natasha, this seems uber-paranoid.

This doesn’t sound particularly far fetched to me. There was the old scam, albeit where I live, of the criminal underworld plus reporters (especially from newspapers) going about with radio scanners to see what the police were up to. Which I imagine is probably outdated for the most part with digital technology and scrambling stuff… but the point is, what’s stopping someone walking around with a modern equivalent? Would help get laptops stolen to order.

Note first that favoriteNumbers type changed. Instead of our familiar int, we're now using int*. The asterisk here is an operator, which is often called the "star operator". Hell-o everyone. It's tough to be a victim, especially when you don't know who the criminals are.. and sometimes when you do but the bullies run the playground. It is a violation that words can barely describe.

Now, I have a story that you need to get out around Belmont, MA., Arlington, Boston and beyond and most of all this is a true and outrageous story of orchestrated crime by the system itself.

Do you think you own your home, your car, your laptop or even the clothes on your back.. or you have rights? Think again! Oh you worked for it and you may have a title on it but that can be changed, as you will not own it for long if someone else that can arrange to take it wants it. It all comes down to money and politics.

Now, for the story.

An Arlington woman who lived along the Winchester Country club for 34 years who struggled to make a better life for herself and her family, a good catholic Italian American was set up by greedy lawyers, corrupt judges and crooked police as well as Arlington Town Officials. Her exspouse who they plotted with was allowed to commit every act of domestic violence in the book, while evidence showed that the police were stalking for him, receiving payment for details etc. (The Courts have signs this is a domestic abuse free zone when they are aiding and causing the abuse for profit)

False malicious proceedings to set up this 75 year old sick woman by the name of Mrs. Carroll were implemened to misuse the courts while she was denied criminal restraining orders..This fact when letters were presented clearly from her ex-spouse threatening her life. (MGL 209A states you only need to be in fear for your safety) Judges - one of them a Judge Singleton from /Belmont/ gave orders to take possession of her home - (a trust never sued) so that the home could be robbed and she could be forced out and the home, while plots unfolded to steal the home from her.

This judge claims to be for Äffirmative Action and put himself on tv that he was the only one who gave Willy Horton the pedophile in the Judge Lopez case his rights. WOW this should say it all. The judge would not protect Mrs. Carroll refusing to allow evidence or testimony as it was one of several rigged cases on a false judgement staged with other documents to steal property. We know this because we witnessed these things in the court and many litigants inquired as to what was going on. Many lawyers have called it a bought case and have stated that the case scares them. The Police later repeatedly broke into this woman's home under the guise of an eviction while the Town Counsel claimed he never gave anyone permission to break down doors. The assault was led by one of Arlington's finest,.. Sgt McNamee, Hughes and Greely with Constable Boyle and a Norwell Constable and Herbs Locksmith! The Sargeant has a brother attorney on the patrolmans union who lives in Winchester. The Police scoped out the home for a final assault trying to traumatize this old woman who they knew had a severe heart condition. It is evident they are trying to kill her. Internal Affairs and the Police Chief have done nothing but ignore matters and act hostile. 60 years of this woman's life was stolen from her 15 years after a divorce with an obsessed abusive exspouse (Who has psychiatric reports and a criminal history) and who is an Eye Doctor in Lynn. The events were proven to the U.S. Attorney and F.B.I. who agreed it was all crime and a fabulous case with abuse of power as Judge Singleton gave away a car of Dr. Carroll's adult son and all of his items too to his father Dr. Carroll in a false eviction case with no service and without the son ever being named in any case. (Theft)(conversion) (Public Corruption)
Mrs. Carroll had A Permanent restraining order called an injunction to prevent these activities. The judge had called the attorneys and Dr. Carroll "guerrillas and gorrillas". When the judge left the bench the plot was put into high gear. There were numerous attempts to drive her from the property. (raising taxes, leaving her in tax title, damage and vandalism, false complaints, building illegal homes to blockbust the neighborhood, etc. The Police and Town officials contacted their friends in the courts and now have blocked all access to the courts for this woman while they used a false judgement in Probate to steal her alimony (illegal) used it again (illegal to satisfy 2 times) to change title on her home reviving forged deeds 12 years later on registered land - a type of land that prevents adverse claims and adverse possession and must be defended by the state by law, and then they staged a false sheriff sale with unsigned checks and an extortion demand of over $1million dollars to allegedly stop the sale. The court with corrupt attorneys arranged with 4 deputy sheriffs of the Middlesex Sheriffs Office to rob this woman and her son at gun point witnessed by neighbors. They including a Deputy Stephen Donnelly and Michael Faye with a man assumed to be Breen and a female deputy and locksmiths immediately dragged them from their home - a kidnapping and loaded up all of their property which was a lifetime of collecting. Even during valid evictions police can not do evictions and deputy sheriffs have no arresting powers, nor can they use excessive force, bruise elders arms or take property in evictions. To confirm this see M.G.L ch 238 sec 4. and other statutes under generally this number and other statutes such as MGL 266.

The D.A. acts nervously and will not prosecute anyone stating "Ï can't help you!" (Repeatedly) Imagine that! (Is that due to the Buddy system?) Is there a cover up or is this the real system? Police will not make reports for stolen cars, credit card fraud and stolen property of all desriptions. Now, the property has been illegally titled at 7 Oldham Road into the name of a Belmont Attorney named John W Gahan, III (receiving stolen property) and he is calling the Carroll's personal items his! This lawyer also is working with what appears to be a Town Selectman in Arlington named R. Murray who has taken part of the property and placed it in trust with large mortgages.(See Mass.Registry of Deeds online) (Middlesex South) The lawyer is probably a front. An East Boston Lawyer rumored to be connected with organized crime has property all over the state and not just a few with several hundred thousand dollar mortgages on many. Does this sound Kosher? Some are worth at least several hundred thousand dollars and have sales for $15,000.00 with notaries from Italian lawyers in Rhode Island! There are'nt any notaries in this state?

The U.S. Attorney stated the A.G. has to act as this is the states obligation to keep the public safe and free of crime. The A.G. refuses to do anything stating, robbery, assault and battery, theft conversion, conspiracy, public corruption, organized crime and elder abuse is a private and civil matter.
Hey ! See what happens if you go and assault some public official or police officer, none the less do any of these other crimes and see if it is a civil matter then. How fast would we see a wave of police and the Swat team? Is this how we want our tax dollars spent to use the system against us? Wny work? Go on Welfare instead if your going to be robbed of everything anyway.
You might as well say we are slaves to this system now, none the less rob us of everything with no recourse.

No one in this state has offered to help even though they all admit is is heinous and criminal, especially the State reps or the Senators. Talk about terrorism it is already at our doors and it is orchestrated by those we are supposed to rely on and trust!

This should concern you, anger you and frighten you as they could and may plan to murder these people and call it an accident. (They are being threatened with arrest if they go to their home. There are other judges involved besides Singleton, such Judge Scheier - Land Court aiding these attorneys with more false actions and refusing to allow corrections that show fraud and forged deeds. Another is Judge Pearson from Lawrence who staged the false judgement proven as fraud as she never sat in Lowell District Court but has always sat in Lawrence. Two clerks in Lowell in Judges Lobby swore repeatedly that she arranged to falsify public records which is a crime The judge also took the false case across counties and the lawyers have colluded and covered up to maintain the illegal agenda. This judge aided to falsely arrest Mrs. Carroll's son to get him out of the way on false police reports and arrests with Arlington Police on unserved restraining orders issued by this judge. The real fact is that Dr. Carroll has been attacking his wife and son for years even trying to poison her and police always had an excuse for not prosecuting him. (This is similar to the case in Winchester where the woman was found murdered and the husband who was reportedly a lawyer and had a past history of abuse was oddly not a suspect. This conduct while Dr. Carroll was allowed to abandoned his wife and have prostitutes in his office (per patients) and complaints of female patients that he was stalking them and trying to get into their homes. Of Course guess what happened in court, you guessed it the judges made excuses for him and told the frightened woman she did not qualify for a restraining order or protection. ( Surprise, surprise.)

Dr. Carroll has refused to pay his wife of 40 years any alimony or support owing her a million dollars, and cheating her out of assets in a malicious 4 year divorce, so he could not levy on anything.

Is our Justice System, our police and Law Enforcement with our tax dollars really protecting us? How does one stop an army of law enforcement with guns and handcuffs and a system which allegedly is there to protect them when they come into your home and violate you and steal everything from you. Is the U.S. becoming Nazi Germany? Lawyers grumble that they do not want to sue sheriffs and police and they are not law enforcement. (They too do not want to burn bridges.) We hear propaganda about Democracy and working for womans rights in other countries when we do not have it here! Women placed all of us on this planet yet they are the least protected and respected. Governor Romney (another Belmont resident) wrote to the Criminal Bureau of the A.G. in behalf of Mrs. Carroll.
Their response was the same - go away. The Governor's Office stated in 2 administrations we have been trying to clean up the courts for years and the Commission on Judicial Conduct has fought us. They are a secretive organization working for the public, but who does not want the public to be aware of any problem and that does not like to say anything is wrong operates by maybe giving a censure at best unless things are really hot. This organization is run by judges such as Margot Botsford who said Judge Singleton dod nothing wrong. Did you hear of the controversy with this judge overstepping the state on appropriating money for education. This is one of the judges that Senator Goguen of Fitchburg wants off the bench. He also stated he has 9 complaints from Arlington of serious issues with them being ignored by reps like Mr. Havern. The state is run by lawyers for lawyers.
I might add that the Governor's Office point blank stated and not officially of course, that if we tried to impress upon the A.G. to do something with this case or any other they would tell us to quote "Go screw!" Nice to see you can count on a system that claims to be protecting you and taking 6 months of your salary plus in taxes, not to mention real estate taxes, state taxes, excise tax, etc.

These people harming an elder are domestic terrorists.

Let me tell you if they do this to one especially a sick old woman, they are doing it to others. If they are doing this and keeping it silent then they are doing everything else wrong
like stealing and selling babies, kiddie porn, selling drugs in prisons and any other repulsive act for in most cases a profit.

It looks like Judge Singleton endorses this behavior so what's wrong with capitalizing on a mental exspouse and setting up an old woman and her family to be robbed, assaulted and thrown to the streets? Just another day at Cambridge District Court! These judges act like they think they are God or a King and they make their own laws with no one to account to when we pay our hard earned cash to support them. Wouldn't you like to earn $120K to $175K a year plus a pension and who knows how many other perks?

The whole system is not bad as there are good judges on the bench too but they are not acting on this case.

We must get the cancer out of it when it is known and if you can help this woman in any way please write. It will be forwarded to her. Spread the "Outrage" in your community. It appears judge Singleton wants to target "whitey" or has some personal gain to use reverse discrimination to rob elders with public officials! (The movers used were black descent also)(Not to sound racist as I have many fine black friends) and that company a Triple M Movers was previously exposed by NBC Dateline as having a Ghost Owner and connections to the New York Garbage Syndicate.

Don't let this happen to anyone else!
The first step in correcting these wrongs is to get the public aware and get them upset about what is wrong around you. Truthfully lawyers plainly state it was a bought case (rigged) and
they have stated to Mrs. Carroll ""What are you dealing with the Mafia?" It appears that the Mafia is in both local politics and the courts.

Governor Romney (another Belmont resident) wrote to the Criminal Bureau of the A.G. in behalf of Mrs. Carroll.
Their response was the same - go away. The Governor's Office stated in 2 administrations we have been trying to clean up the courts for years and the Commission on Judicial Conduct has fought us. They are a secretive organization working for the public, but who does not want the public to be aware of any problem and that does not like to say anything is wrong operates by maybe giving a censure at best unless things are really hot. This organization is run by judges such as Margot Botsford who said Judge Singleton dod nothing wrong. Did you hear of the controversy with this judge overstepping the state on appropriating money for education.
This is one of the judges that Senator Goguen of Fitchburg wants off the bench. He also stated he has 9 complaints from Arlington of serious issues with them being ignored by reps like Mr. Havern. The state is run by lawyers for lawyers.
I might add that the Governor's Office point blank stated and not officially of course, that if we tried to impress upon the A.G. to do something with this case or any other they would tell us to quote "Go screw!" Nice to see you can count on a system that claims to be protecting you and taking 6 months of your salary plus in taxes, not to mention real estate taxes, state taxes, excise tax, etc.

Wouldn't you like to earn $120K to $175K a year plus a pension and who knows how many other perks?

The whole system is not bad as there are good judges on the bench too but they are not acting on this case.

(The movers used were black descent also)(Not to sound racist as I have many fine black friends) and that company a Triple M Movers was previously exposed by NBC Dateline as having a Ghost Owner and connections to the New York Garbage Syndicate.

The first step in correcting these wrongs is to get the public aware and get them upset about what is wrong around you. Truthfully lawyers plainly state it was a bought case (rigged) and

Hell-o everyone. It's tough to be a victim, especially when you don't know who the criminals are.. and sometimes when you do but the bullies run the playground. It is a violation that words can barely describe.

Now, I have a story that you need to get out around Belmont, MA., Arlington, Boston and beyond and most of all this is a true and outrageous story of orchestrated crime by the system itself. Events have been witnessed by area residents and we must make everyone aware and angry as this should not be tollerated.

Do you think you own your home, your car, your laptop or even the clothes on your back.. or you have rights? Think again! Oh you worked for it and you may have a title on it but that can be changed, as you will not own it for long if someone else that can arrange to take it wants it. It all comes down to money and politics and greedy people that get into the right places to help themselves.

Now, for the story.

An Arlington woman who lived along the Winchester Country club for 34 years who struggled to make a better life for herself and her family, a good catholic Italian American was set up by greedy lawyers, corrupt judges and crooked police as well as Arlington Town Officials. Her exspouse who they plotted with was allowed to commit every act of domestic violence in the book, while evidence showed that the police were stalking for him, receiving payment for details etc. (The Courts have signs this is a domestic abuse free zone when they are aiding and causing the abuse for profit)

False malicious proceedings to set up this 75 year old sick woman by the name of Mrs. Carroll were implemened to misuse the courts while she was denied criminal restraining orders..This fact when letters were presented clearly from her ex-spouse threatening her life. (MGL 209A states you only need to be in fear for your safety) The abuses have been non stop for 16 years.

Judges - one of them a Judge Singleton from /Belmont/ gave orders to take possession of her home - (a trust never sued) so that the home could be robbed and she could be forced out of the home by surprise without notice or hearings. These facts, while plots unfolded to steal the home and it's contents from her.

This judge claims to be for Äffirmative Action and put himself on tv that he was the only one who gave Willy Horton the pedophile in the Judge Lopez case his rights. WOW this should say it all. The judge would not protect Mrs. Carroll refusing to allow evidence or testimony as it was one of several rigged cases on a false judgement staged with other documents to steal property. We know this because we witnessed these things in the court and many litigants inquired as to what was going on. Many lawyers have called it "a bought case" and have stated that the case scares them. The Police later repeatedly broke into this woman's home, came with surveyors trespassing, broke into the home under the guise of an eviction while the police broke down a back door with a battering ram and Town Counsel claimed he never gave anyone permission to break down doors. The assault was led by one of Arlington's finest,.. Sgt McNamee, (Lovingly called stretch for his tall stature)Hughes a 400 pound physically fit errand boy and Greely with Constable Boyle, a Norwell Constable who lived near the lawyer orchestrating the crimes along with Herbs Locksmith! The Sargeant has a brother attorney on the patrolmans union who lives in Winchester. The Police scoped out the home for a final assault trying to traumatize this old woman who they knew had a severe heart condition. It is evident they are trying to kill her. Internal Affairs and the Police Chief have done nothing but ignore matters and act hostile. 60 years of this woman's life was stolen from her 15 years after a divorce with an obsessed abusive exspouse (Who has psychiatric reports and a criminal history) and who is an Eye Doctor in Lynn. The events were proven to the U.S. Attorney and F.B.I. who agreed it was all crime and a fabulous case with abuse of power as Judge Singleton gave away a classic 1969 Plymouth Satelite car owned by the adult son of Dr. Carroll, giving it to Dr. Carroll with all of his items also. Dr. Carroll in a false eviction case (under Land Lord tenant - no such contract or agreement between divorced spouses or trust and Dr. Carroll not a member of trust)with no service and without the son ever being named in any case. (Theft)(conversion) (Public Corruption)

Mrs. Carroll had A Permanent restraining order called an injunction to prevent these activities. The judge had called the attorneys and Dr. Carroll "guerrillas and gorrillas". When the judge left the bench the plot was put into high gear. There were numerous attempts to drive her from the property. (raising taxes, leaving her in tax title, damage and vandalism, false complaints, building illegal purple brick homes to blockbust the neighborhood, etc. The Police and Town officials contacted their friends in the courts (Local politics work into the courts)and now have blocked all access to the courts for this woman while they used a false foreign judgement in Probate to steal her alimony (illegal) used it again (illegal to satisfy 2 times) to change title on her home reviving forged deeds 12 years later on registered land - a type of land that prevents adverse claims and adverse possession and must be defended by the state by law, and then they staged a false sheriff sale with unsigned checks and an extortion demand of over $1million dollars to allegedly stop the sale. The court with corrupt attorneys arranged with 4 deputy sheriffs of the Middlesex Sheriffs Office to rob this woman and her son at gun point witnessed by neighbors. This event on August 5, 2002 included a Deputy Stephen Donnelly (This same sheriff was caught in fraud, payola and criminal conspiracy with kidnapping. This sheriff seriously injured the son of Mrs. Carroll at her home attempting to kidnap her as well for Dr. Carroll (Basically at hit man) With this deputy was a deputy Michael Faye with a man assumed to be another deputy named Breen and a female deputy. Also at the scene was a locksmith. The deputy sheriffs immediately dragged them from their home - (a kidnapping) and loaded up all of their property which was a lifetime of collecting. Even during valid evictions police can not do evictions and deputy sheriffs have no arresting powers, nor can they use excessive force, break into homes, bruise elders arms or take property in evictions. To confirm this see M.G.L ch 239 sec 4. and other statutes under generally this number and other statutes such as MGL 266.

The D.A. acts nervously and will not prosecute anyone stating "Ï can't help you!" (Is it because they work with the police and the sheriff has an office with them as well? (Who is policing the police and the sheriffs who by the way (See prior articles of Lowell Sun Newspapers
has been overstepping their authority with several police departments acting like the Ghestappo as well as buying a $150,000.00 military armored assault vehicle. What are they going to do with that assault some more of the innocent civilians and then walk away.
(The D.A. has repeatedly refused to do anything acting nervously and refusing to explain why) Imagine that! (Is that due to the Buddy system?) Is there a cover up or is this the real system? Police will not make reports for stolen cars, credit card fraud and stolen property of all desriptions.

Now, the property has been illegally titled at 7 Oldham Road into the name of a Belmont Attorney named John W Gahan, III (receiving stolen property) and he is calling the Carroll's personal items his! This lawyer also is working with what appears to be a Town Selectman in Arlington named R. Murray who has taken part of the property and placed it in trust with large mortgages.(See Mass.Registry of Deeds online) (Middlesex South) The lawyer is probably a front. An East Boston Lawyer who orchestrated all events and who is rumored to be connected with organized crime has property all over the state. Many have mortgages and not just a few with several hundred thousand dollars of debt. Does this sound Kosher? Some are worth at least several hundred thousand dollars and have sales for $15,000.00 with notaries from Italian lawyers in Rhode Island! There are'nt any notaries in this state?

The U.S. Attorney stated the A.G. has to act as this is the states obligation to keep the public safe and free of crime.(Victim Witness Statute - states the state must ensure that they will protect the public to be free from crimes at all times) The A.G. refuses to do anything (Gross Negligence) stating, robbery, assault and battery, theft conversion, conspiracy, public corruption, organized crime and elder abuse is a private and civil matter.
Hey ! See what happens if you go and assault some public official or police officer, none the less do any of these other crimes and see if it is a civil matter then. How fast would we see a wave of police and the Swat team? Is this how we want our tax dollars spent to use the system against us? Why work? This should concern you, anger you and frighten you as they could and may plan to murder these people and call it an accident. (They are being threatened with arrest if they go to their home by Judge Houston who is calling the lawyer who they alleged bought Mrs. Carroll's home a bonafide purchaser (one can not get legal title to stolen property) and the judge was concerned about this lawyer's Peaceful and Quiet Enjoyment of his property. What about what had happened with Mrs. Carroll's Peaceful and Quiet Enjoyment. There are other judges involved besides Singleton, such Judge Scheier - Land Court aiding these attorneys with more false actions and refusing to allow corrections that show fraud and forged deeds or access to the court to help lay claim to our property.
Another is Judge Pearson from Lawrence who staged the false judgement proven as fraud as she never sat in Lowell District Court but has always sat in Lawrence. Two clerks in Lowell in Judges Lobby swore repeatedly that she arranged to falsify public records which is a crime The judge also took the false case across counties and the lawyers have colluded and covered up to maintain the illegal agenda. This judge aided to falsely arrest Mrs. Carroll's son to get him out of the way on false police reports and arrests with Arlington Police on unserved restraining orders issued by this judge. Here are some updates on the Belmont Lawyer in the home that was stolen in Arlington. The zoning lawyer helped get the Mormon church into Belmont. The firm is part of is Murtha Cullina, a Connecticutt based firm. Connecticutt is known for all kinds of corruption. But it gets worse. If you thoroughly research under this law firm name you can connect them to all of the worst scandals in American History as an active player with allegations of political wrongdoing by high ranking official.
