I'm at the Berkman Center's conference on the internet and democracy, and will be "covering" it. Except that I feel no obligation to report on everything that goes on. I write about what's interesting to me and what I think might be interesting to you. When I'm live-blogging, I attempt to give the gist of what's being said, keeping as true to the particular words as is useful. If I'm quoting exactly, I put quotes around it. Otherwise, I'm gisting. Remarks in brackets are editorial comments. The conference is being webcast here. Because you need a Harvard account to use the wifi, I don't know if there will be a backchannel. Posted
