Yes, very depressing -- but not unexpected. Is it time to start building an "internetwork" that doesn't offer "information services"?

I believe that Susan's interpretation is far off the mark. It is a disappointing decision, as it lessens competition. But this doesn't mean that the FCC has not become the warden of the Internet.
