Palindrome that unexpectedly uses salami and lasagna

You can find this palindrome, along with many other old classics, in Weird Al Yankovic's song "Bob" from the Poodle Hat album. And check out the video, which is a spot-on parody of Dylan's "Subterranean Homesick Blues."
