Lessig: Is Google Print fair use?

Larry Lessig has posted a video of a presentation on whether Google Book Search (AKA Google Print) is protected by Fair Use. His conclusion: Yup. But how he gets there is fascinating and informative. i had a slight issue with him equalling thumbnail images with thumbnail scans of text, but then his point about quotes falling under "fair use" put that line of thinking to bed. really smart presentation...
