				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a id="aptureLink_aJC13NaZMC" href="http://www.citmedialaw.org/about/founders">Sam Bayard</a> of the <a href="http://cyber.law.harvard.edu">Berkman</a> Center&#8217;s Citizen Media Law Center has posted an <a href="http://www.citmedialaw.org/blog/2009/first-amendment-protects-techcrunchs-publication-some-hacked-twitter-documents">explanation of the legal issues</a> around TechCrunch posting some of the content of the email stolen from Twitter&#8217;s founders <a href="http://www.pcworld.com/article/168511/will_twitter_sue_techcrunch.html">background</a>. </p>
<p> It  seems different to me than when people posted internal messages from <a id="aptureLink_K2bzzwKhcM" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diebold%20Election%20Systems">Diebold</a>, because there was a clear public interest in the reliability of voting machines. I&#8217;m trying to bracket out the sense that Twitter is one of us, but I&#8217;m failing. The whole thing makes me feel icky.</p>
