Blogging makes you fat
I went to the gym today for the first time in over 18 months. I used to go before my kids got up, but now I blog instead. As a direct result, I’ve put on decades of blogfat, giving a new meaning to “blogroll.” Since I have all of the stick-to-it-ness of a thrice-used postage stamp, I expect that my new regimen will fail. And since I am a vegetarian, I can’t lose weight the low-carb way. (Alternative title for this entry: Blogging turns you into a carnivore.)

My solution: Zaurus + exercise bike + wireless. But then, I’m hardly the size of person who anyone should listen to for exercise advice.
Hey Dave, you can lose weight while being a vegetarian the smart carb way. I am a vegetarian with the exception of Chicken, and managed to loose about 50lbs last year and have kept my weight down this year!
The low carb way eats up your brain function too..the brain needs carbs to function well.
Ofcourse one does need to go to the elliptical or whatever too..but hmm, maybe one can read blogs on a mounted PC while one’s exercising.
Smart veggie carbs: Most lentils. Cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli. Tofu. Apples and Oranges.
No sticky rice, no bananas. Soy Pita’s from Trader Joe’s.
Smart Veggie Fats: Olive Oil. flax Seeds. Soy.
Smart Veggie Proteins: Lentils. Soy. Whey Protein.
Smart Supplements: L-Carnitine. Chromium Picolinate.
