I have tomorrow (Saturday) in Oslo with nothing planned until 7pm when I leave for the airport. Other than sleeping in (I am soooo jetlagged that that’s unlikely), any suggestions? Take a trip to the Nobel Peace Center, located at Aker Brygge. An electronic arts exhibition that I highly recommend.

I second Vigeland park. Easy to get to by mass transit. Its one of my favorite places in Oslo. Of course I visit the Viking ship museum as well.
The new Opera House!
I’m just back from the Vigeland park and sculpture garden. I have to say that I was not prepared for it. It is superb. Joyous. Human. Why much of the world knows about the Little Mermaid statue but not this park is beyond me.
