To quote Phil Rizzuto–Holy Cow! That trailer for Airport 75 was as bad as you said it was. The first few cast intros really did sound like parodies. I never did see the movie (and it is not in my Netflix queue) so when I saw Airplane with you I must have missed a lot of the parodies of the original.
