New JOHO

I published a brief issue of my newsletter, JOHO, yesterday. It’s loosely based on some Matrixian themes. Well, that’s the gimmick anyway.
ContentsWeb bodies: What does it mean that we have no body on the Web? It’s not a psychological or sociological question. It’s – ulp – metaphysical. Are we simulations?: A philosopher argues that if our species manages to survive long enough, then we’re highly likely to be sims. Sounds like stunt philosophy to me. |
