Off on a crazy week

Every day a different city, so long as those cities are DC and Providence…

Although it requires me to drop all pretense of modesty, I should probably remind you that I’m live on CSPAN tonight, 6:30-8:00 EST. I’m talking about how the digitizing of information is causing changes in the basic principles by which order and classify stuff, which is affecting the nature of knowledge. Ulp.

  5. I was the wise guy who prefaced his viewer question “from a neighbor in Brookline.” Good answer. I’m all for ratings systems– especially multiple ones.

    I was holding back my hard question– if I’m an online essayist, and don’t call it a blog, do you still consider me a blogger?

    I just had an interactive conversation in a community forum about the subject of the blogs, with the one individual who asserts that I am a blogger– and the whole conversation hapened without a blog!
